Platform use
Havion connects charter clients with licensed Australian operators. By creating an account or submitting a request, you agree to use the platform for lawful charter arrangements only and not to circumvent Havion messaging or payment systems.
Privacy & contact details
Client and operator contact details are protected until a booking is confirmed. Sharing phone numbers, email addresses, or external links through in-app messaging is prohibited and may be automatically blocked.
Payments
Charter payments are processed through Havion. Operator-specific terms and cancellation policies apply to each quote and must be accepted before payment.
Operator accounts
Operators must maintain valid AOC and insurance documentation. Havion may suspend accounts pending verification or for policy violations.
